Hi everyone,

I've been struggling with bloating after eating, and it's really affecting my comfort daily. I feel gassy and full even after small meals.

From what I understand, this could be linked to digestion issues, gut bacteria, or even the types of food I eat.

Some suggestions I found include:

Eating slowly
Avoiding gas-forming foods
Drinking enough water
Taking a walk after meals
